Imago therapy deals in the process of revealing and enhancing curative potential within the couple relationship. The married couples participating in this panel experienced this process, which lead to their working together as therapist and co-therapist in couple therapy and couples’ group therapy. We shall discuss how couple therapists create the safe containing space. We shall address the special effect of married therapists in the learning process and we shall look into the special contribution of the “non-professional” spouse in the therapeutic process.
