Program Highlights

There is so much to look forward to in the Imago fest in Israel.

First and foremost the conference celebrates Hedy and Yumi’s remarkable activity in Israel. Hedy will give a keynote address about ‘Living the Dream’ and she will also be in charge of the high-energy fun, which will be an integral thread throughout the meeting.

Dr. Harville Hendrix and Dr. Helen LaKelly Hunt will grace the gathering with their active and generous presence during the four days. They will be conducting a two-day pre-conference GTLYW – Getting the Love You Want workshop open to both mental health professionals and the public. They will be giving a lecture open to all on Imago principles and will also be presenting their keynote address on new developments in the theory and practice of Imago.

The conference is scheduled to include numerous workshops, panels and parallel sessions presented by both Israeli and international Imago therapists. It offers opportunities to all mental health professionals who are interested to familiarize themselves with the principles and broader applications of Imago therapy. It is also exciting for Imago therapists who wish to know more about the use of Imago in different areas.

The following distinguished presenters have agreed to lead two-day pre-conference workshops for those who are interested in a deeper and intensive learning:

Dr. James J. Wisecup on  "Trauma, Grief and Recovery: Healing through Spiritual Transformation"

Marcia and Larry Ferstenfeld on "Supporting Our Children"

Dorsey Cartwright on "Voice Dialog"

Dr. David Flohr on Parent Circle.

Both Dorsey and David were featuring at the prestigious and renowned Psychotherapy Networker symposium in Washington in March, this year.
